Sales by Auction or Tender

Save money before you even bid.
We use AI to predict how many bidders are likely to buy the report based on the property's type and features. We then set one fair, fixed price and make the report available to all bidders.
Because everyone shared the cost, you save hundreds ordering your reports through BuyersRep.
And if you're the winning bidder, you can obtain legal reliance to the report for a small fee - meaning you can step into your house with confidence.

Building inspection report

Pre-Purchase Building Inspection

This is a detailed, room-by-room check of the home based on the NZ Standard for Residential Property Inspections (NZS 4306:2005). It looks at all the key areas like the roof, walls, floors, windows, and doors. The inspector also checks for signs of leaks, moisture, cracks, or any visible structural issues. You ll get a clear picture of the property s overall condition – helping you avoid nasty surprises after you buy.

Asbestos inspection

Asbestos Testing

This report checks if any part of the home contains asbestos, which was commonly used in older building materials. An inspector looks at places like ceilings, walls, roofing, and flooring to see if there’s anything that could pose a health risk.

It’s especially useful if you’re planning to renovate or buy an older home.

Meth testing

Meth (P) Testing

This test checks whether methamphetamine (P) has been used or made in the house. The inspector takes surface swabs from different areas and sends them to a lab for testing. It helps you make sure the home is safe for you and your family to move into.
